Bill Nye Vs Ken Ham - Bill Nye is the clear winner.

There is no doubt about who won. Ken Ham comes off as a misfit who has no clue about what he is talking about. The video for the complete debate is here - 

The result of the debate (in an online poll conducted after the debate) was overwhelmingly in favour of Bill Nye. 92% of all respondents voted in favour of Bill Nye. That's a clear win for Science. You can find an impartial review of the debate here. 

But in the course of his comprehensive victory Bill Nye also makes a very important point. That America is the world's leading power because of its technology, because of its innovation and because of its open and scientific mind in general. The founding fathers meant it as such and they were very careful about keeping religion and state separate. And if America eschews science like its doing now, it is no longer going to progress. Innovation will die, inventions will become fewer and farther between and America will regress. And I find that absolutely true. That is exactly what has happened with India. We've stopped thinking and questioning. And the results are there for all to see.
